Last Value for multiple Items

Please I am trying to get the last value from one table that contains the following data:

In these table I want to get for 

ITEM_NAME = ACAM-147HS

Last Date = 6/29/2020, colum WT_FCH

Last Value =  140, colum WT_BFPD

I've been using the following DAX, but I have these problem 

Last Value = SUMMARIZECOLUMNS(Query2[ITEM_NAME],Query2[WT_BFPD], LASTNONBLANKVALUE(Query2[WT_FCH],Query2[WT_FCH]))
