Insert to an existing rows in a Column in a table with some value , without overwriting the old

Hi All,

Thanks in Advance, as i am new to power BI and still learning, would really appreciate any help on this.

i am trying to create a new coloumn "ACt_WITH_INDRIYA" with all the values of existing row in a coloumn ACT , with value changed only for current week "2110" and METER="RNDPI_17_04_1_Altiplano" only , rest all values for older week i.e "2109" and other METERS should remain as it is in new coloumn "ACT_WITH_INDRIYA". Please refer screenshot as you can see in screenshot 

New values for "2110" ill get it from another table as below from coloumn FR_matirx_outside and SCOPE=BBN , i.e 96.83333.
