Indexing Data to a Common Starting Point

Hi all

I am struggling with indexing my data series.

I want to compare temporal development of several variables. As the difference in absolute numbers is rather big, the comparison as shown on the screenshot 1 is not very informative. Instead I would like to set the values in 2010 to 100 and show indexed values for the subsequent years. Screenshot 2 shows how my dataset looks like (2010-2018, 26 Regions, 8 categories in 'Beruf', 2 categories in 'Ausbildungstyp'). I need to show indexed temporal development of 'Abschlüsse' for each 'Beruf'. I am new to DAX and would appreciate some help here.

Thanks in advance!
