If Function with dates measure then result but not giving accurate results

HI there,

I am using a function of

Days =
IF ( (MAX('Maintenance Labour Utilisation'[Posting Date])) <= (MIN('Maintenance Details'[Basic Finish Date])), "On Time", "Late")

However, this fuction does not work completely. I have a posting date that is one day prior to basic finish date and it is showing on my table as LATE when in fact it is still on time. I do not understand this issue if someone can help me!

Below is my table. The left one shows the results of on time or late, and the right table is showing the posting dates of those work orders. As you can see all the selected work orders I am showing have a posting date of 28th October but in the column of 29th October those orders are showing as LATE when in fact they are not.

Thank you for your help!
