IF condition across related tables

Hi all,

Hi All, I'm trying to test a condition across 2 seperate but related tables and I'm struggling. The goal is to identify transaction activity as a PRE & POST grouping.

The 1st File - is a control file and defines a START Period for tracking activity PRE/POST.

The 2nd File - is the activity file where I'm wanting to add a COLUMN that identifies that activity record as being PRE or POST dated.

I'm working with direct querys on all tables, so meging is not possible...   Anyone have the key to making this work?

SOLVED = simple "RELATED()" DAX command solved this!

@JDBaig ,
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
