How to present both filtered and unfiltered rows in the same table

Dear community,

I need to present a table like the following in Power BI Desktop, and have created lots of DAX formulas for each column required. However, how to work out the totals with both filtered and unfiltered ones in the same table? Appreciate your advice.

Products Current Month QtyLast Month QtyLast YearBuddgetVariance etcOther DAX measures ...
Product A
Product B
Product C
 ..... (hundreds of products)
Total for all products In-Built Auto Row Total in Power BI
Total excluding product A&B How?
Total excluding product C How?

@brightlight , Create measures and show them on rows, or use calculation groups

Calculation Groups- Measure Slicer, Measure Header Grouping, Measure to dimension conversion. Complex Table display : https://youtu.be/qMNv67P8Go0

Power BI Modeling- Unselected values as others - https://youtu.be/HX4pgexYwf4
