How to have a slicer for both CurrentFY and Last 12 months?

I have a table like below and i am looking to create a slicer to show CurrentFY, Last 12 Months and Previous FYs.. and my graph should display day for selected slicer value. Can someone please help on the approach. I created FY and Last 12 Months as calculated columns, however not sure how to merge them and show in single slicer
