How to get total & subtotal for numberical data placed rows of matrix with Certain condition

Hello, 

I'm working with a Matrix table where I want the approved Budget to be approved for posts & Multiple employees can work within the posts But all of them come under a single approved budget rather than multiple budgets for multiple employees Hence I kept in the following order to display the above feature, However I'm having trouble in showing the total & subtotal for approved budget, I'm unable to show total because it is placed in Rows of Matrix.

Kindly help me solve this condition.
