How to get a % increase column that is filterable

Hello,

I am trying to get a % change column in PBI by supplier, the issue I'm having is my data has a large amount of suppliers that all having their prices start at different times.  I have tried numerous different methods but I am new to PBI and have not been able to make any progress.
