How to get a filtered data from another table

The table A above has a column called range, and the table B has a weight value column.

This weight value is 420, so it belongs to less than 500 and greater than 0. So I want to get the corresponding rate value in the end which is 14.84  in this case..   how can I sort this out..?

Please create a new calculated column:

state_id = 
CALCULATE (
    MAX ( 'TableA'[rate] ),
    FILTER ( ALL ( 'TableA' ), 'TableA'[Range] < 'TableB'[Weight] )
)
