How to forecast daily values from a single historical table (Excel DAX)

I am looking to create a worksheet with a daily forecast of the values in the workbook below, up until the date in the table XREF_Timeline. At the moment I have monthly snapshots going back a few months, but we have started capturing this data daily now. I need to use this full historical list, which changes dynamically, to create another list of forecatsed values from today onwards.
