How to force a target be in the pivot as a cero even when it was'nt seted

Hello everyone,

 

I'm  new using Power BI. Especifically Power Pivot. I hope that you can help me. I have 5 tables as you can see below:

The table of RANGING_TGT basically has a column of objectives (RANGETGT) that contains 0 and 1. Those products that have a one are those to which focus is sought. THE DYNAMIC TABLE I AM DOING LOOKS LIKE THIS (in yellow RANGE_TGT):

The problem is that there are times that old products are sold that never had focus and therefore when matching RANGING TGT they are left blank. My question is how can I force those blank cells to be 0.
