How to divide/distribute values between start date or end date or count days across months/days

Hi there! I've been exploring a tutorial on the following page (How to divide/distribute values between start date... - Microsoft Fabric Community) that explains how to divide/distribute values between dates. However, I've encountered an issue when I have values for a single day, as the result returns null.

Below, there are the columns [Esforço por mês] which should provide me with the same value as the Effort column in these examples.
