How to create json table for easier sharing pbix file

Hello everyone, i was wondering whenever someone answers my question with pbix file, the source of the table is always a json file, and i could view the powerquery with no issue because it isnt dependnat on an excel file .so i was wondering how can i do that? So i can share my pbix with json source

If you use the Enter Data tool

then it will automatically create a self-contained table in the compressed JSON format. Here's what the above produces:

    Source = Table.FromRows(Json.Document(Binary.Decompress(Binary.FromText("i45WCkktLlGKjQUA", BinaryEncoding.Base64), Compression.Deflate)), let _t = ((type nullable text) meta [Serialized.Text = true]) in type table [Column1 = _t]),
    #"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(Source,{{"Column1", type text}})
in
    #"Changed Type"

 

You can edit this table using the gear icon:
