How to create a measure in dax that returns the YTD value

I have a fact with two dimensions, one time and one initiative

When the estimated value does not have data in December, my ytd measurement does not perform the calculation:

When I have a value in December, the calculation works fine:

@BrunoGolei It's possible that you are running into an issue with auto exist. You might try alternative approaches that do not involve DAX TI functions but if it is indeed auto exist, then there's no solution.
