How to combine text values of multiple rows into one row

Hi,

I'm able to use the "Group By" function to summarize value, but not for Text.

The Data Source shows the same ID and support by multiple Users. May I know is there any way to show one row with multiple Users, like the Output Data below? Thanks!

Source Data

IDUser
ID1User A
ID1User B
ID1User C
ID2User D
ID2User E

Output Data

ID User
ID1User A, User B, User C
ID2User D, User E

Best regards,

Mandy
