How to calculate % based on specific filter

Hi everyone,

Currently I'm trying to calculate individual distance % based on their positional reference. What I have done so far is to create a distance % based on "set" reference target. However, I would like to calculate each individual metric results by their positional distance reference target, i.e in football defender. Look at the % difference by position for that player?

What I've done so far was TD % = AVERAGE(sheet1[TD]) / AVERAGE(sheet2[TD Ref])

Thank you,

Lukas

Thank you for the reply!

Easiest way to explain it would be just to show this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59nRDPVKkz4&ab_channel=PowerBIforSports

What I am trying to do is just pretty much the same, but I want to calculate the Pct based on their position rather than the name. So in that case, when I pull my daily data into the report I could have Player 1 value is based of "x" position rather than average of the whole squad.

Hope that does make sense.

Lukas,
