I have an requirement where I need to get average of daily data and based on the average daily data I need to find Quarter to Date(QTD) average of all daily data. Please let me know if you have any idea about this.

Try to create measures as following:
QTD_sum =
TOTALQTD(SUM(Table2[Sale]),'Table2'[Date])
QTD_avg =
TOTALQTD(AVERAGE(Table2[Sale]),'Table2'[Date])

Hi:
When all the sales are added up for a quarter, that is that quarters average. If you have six months of sales it is that total of all sales / 2. Please see attached. Having a Date Table really helps with this type of work.
