How to add years to min date function and use that in other calculation

Hi friends,
I am new to power bi and I have a requirement below :

here FOB value is given against each year .
I need to calculate other two columns (Avg Export Obligation achieved and SEO achieved for upcoming 6 years).
My idea is to get the min year so that I can find the least year and then I can use the dateadd function to calculate upcoming years.but I am not able to use MIN year function in my main calculation so that I can find these two values for each year.
Can you please help me?
