How to add index to table?

I have the report(left table) in the Power bi as same as in the right table(Excel). How can I add an index to the left table as in the right table without adding a column?

Create a measure

Measure =
RANKX (
    ALL ( 'Table'[Region] ),
    CALCULATE (
        SUM ( 'Table'[Export Value] )
    ),
    ,
    DESC
)
