How do build up measure for complex relations data

I have three data table like the Pictre, first table is demand  for Chassis and PCA, second is Chassis BOM (shows how many PCA in this Chassis), Third is PCA BOM for lower level component. Is there any possibility to link all data together and come out the Lower level component demand by year with DAX ?

    Anonymous Please provide sample data in usable format (not as a picture - maybe insert into a table?) and show the expected outcome.
