How can I write this logic in DAX?

Greetings,

I am very new to DAX. Can someone please help me with the writing of the following logic?

What I have:

  • A value that needs to be distributed between 4 categories, following an order: A->B->C->D.
  • The maximum value possible for each category;

What I need:

  • A column that describes the distribution, showing what value we will have for each category, respecting the order and all the maximum values.

To make it easier to understand, I am attaching a photo that contains a couple of practical exemples.

Thank you very much!
