I have created a table name "Occupation" and "Profile". I prefer to have it in Power Query.
In Table Occupation, i have column name Date_Joined.
In Table Profile, i have column name Age.

For your first question, I built this table
Then use this formula to get column year of service
Then use this formula to get column Group of Year Service
For your second question, I built this table
Then use this formula to get column Group of Age
