Get the correct grade value from the table based on the percentage value

I am a newbie in power bi and I have the follwoing tables:

Growth rate ( min max growth rate that determines what grade level depends on month year)

Grade table (different every month and year)

I want to know the grade value based on the difference %

For example, if yearmonth 202201 and if difference% is -10.46% then it will be 0.00% (grade 0)  because it is between the min max growth rate in the growth table.

But if yearmonth is 202204 and if the difference is 5.50% then it will be (grade 5 based on growth rate) because 5.50% is between the min max growth rate

then the value will be 0.70% from the grade table 

Thus in my final table

I can't seem to find or create a dax that will do this. Any response is highly appreciated.
