Get the Maximum Available date and the date before it.

Hi everyone! May I ask for your help guys? Thanks!

I have a scenario here wherein I need to compute for the 2 latest available in the column that I'll be using as my:
1. Beginning Value 
2. Ending Value

Above image is showing that Aug 15 with the value of 194,581 is my latest available date, having said that, I need this 194,581 to be my Ending Value and Aug 14 225,936 to be my Beginning Value. So this logic has to be applied until the end of the month as the values change each day, meaning my Beginning and Ending values will change accordingly.

Note: This Ending_Test1 measure is filling the blank dates with the last non-blank value up to the next available date that has data.

hello why is 15 august your max date? do you mean by todays date? like today is 16 august and you need also the value of 15 august?
