Hi, @srivallyk

According to your description, you want to get a column from other table and the two tables have no relationship. Right?

You can create a calculated column in 'Project' table.

Level = LOOKUPVALUE('Legal Entity'[Legal Entity Level],'Legal Entity'[Legal Entity Name],'Project'[ProjectName])

Then you can get the level in 'Legal Entity' table.

For this dax function, you can refer to :

LOOKUPVALUE function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Learn

If this method does not meet your needs, you can provide us with your special sample data and the desired output sample data in the form of tables, so that we can better help you solve the problem.
