Hey all,
I need to show a series on a linechart that is the MAX value, per month. I am very new to DAX/PowerBI, but normally in SQL, I would just do a MAX with a group by DATEPART(MM,Date).
I am not quite sure how to accomplish this in a measure. Below is my data set example, followed up intended output.

Hi @MCassady
In PowerBi with DAX you just need to place the month on the axis and create a measure
MaxValue = MAX ( TableName[Valueused_Standarized] )
Thanks for your responsed @tamerj1 .
This seems to have worked! Thank you
I thought I would have to specifcy the group by in the measure, rather than letting the x axis do it for me!
