Formatting with no decimal

Hi guys I am using the format function to get rid of the decimals and use a comma to " thousands". I need to use format funcion since I am building a hybrid matrix.

I tried out

FORMAT([Ventas Netas],"#,##0") and FORMAT([Ventas Netas],"#,##") and none of them worked out
The values I would expect are
12,006
14,806
So I am getting a dot instead of a comma. Idk where my mistake is.

@Anonymous , Seem like you have a regional setting for a European country. Once you do that that setting will follow

, will taken as .

I think this can be changed by changing the regional setting.
