Finding Male / Female Ratio in the Gender column

Is this the correct way to find the Male / Female Ratio in the Gender column using dax?

--> Gender Ratio = COUNTROWS(Employees)/COUNTROWS(ALL(Employees[Gender]))

I suggest to try:

calculate(countrows(employees) , [Gender] = "Male") / calculate(countrows(employees) , [Gender] = "Female")

Kind regards, Steve.
