Filter table based on selecting value from table

Hello Everyone,

I have two table.

Table 1 "workername" "breach" and "about to breach"

Table 2 "Ticket Number" and "Hyperlink"

when I press the 2 under "about breach column" I want it to only show the 2 red highliged values in my second table?

All the data is held in one table.
