Hi guys,
Please could you help me with a problem in my power bi cash flow...
I've prepared an actual cash flow with multiples branch in and I would like to divide then in two business divisions: Hospitality and Exclusive Guest (EG).
All is good when we look to global report (Hospitality + EG), but when we are analysing by division we're facing dificulties with de Opening Balance per Division (Hotelaria and EG).
This measure has a filter's function which I think is the core of the problem. Cuz, its adding all the rows without consider the division: hospitality and EG (Measure: Saldo Inicial Hotelaria e EG).
I don't have much knowledge with DAX and I wondering if it's possible to add another condition to the filter's function.
Is that possible? If it is, please can you show me how to do it?
@carakaki Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882
Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
