Filter only common values

Hello,

Trying to filter simple table to get only results that are in common for given customers.

Now If customer A & B are selected, I'd like to see as a result only fruits they have in common (in this case apple & pear), NOT a summary which i presume is using OR function.

Appreciate your feedback

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can use these measure:

commonFruitCheck =
VAR customersPerFruit =
    CALCULATE (
        DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'Table'[customer] ),
        ALLSELECTED ( 'Table' ),
        VALUES ( 'Table'[fruit] )
    )
VAR chosenCustomers = COUNTROWS ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Table'[customer] ) )
RETURN
    IF ( customersPerFruit = chosenCustomers, 1, BLANK () )

Use it to filter your visual (commonFruitCheck is 1).
