Fill Empty Months with the Last Month of Quarter Value

Hi!

I have the below scenario. I need to fill the M01 and M02 for each Quarter with the Last Month of Quarter value. For example, on Q1-2021, I only have the last month value on my source (M03), I want to fill M01 and M02 (yellow cells) with the M03 value.

Sample data:

Calendar	Headcount
2018	3158.50
2019	2615.00
2020	2660.00
2021	2694.00
Q1	673.50
M01	673.50
M02	673.50
M03	673.50
