Hi,
I have a strange problem and hopefully someone can help.
I have two data sets “Overdue Wholegoods” and “Comment Tracking”. They have a relationship linking the invoice numbers.
I am creating a simple visual table to summarise the data in “Overdue wholegoods” and most of the information I require is being used from the “Wholegoods” data set. The only information I need from the “Customer tracking” data set is the comments.
However as soon as I add the comments from the “customer tracking” data set to the visual table I loose the figures from two columns?? Just the two columns as per screenshot? None of the columns are made up from DAX.
Screenshots to illustrate the problem. Any ideas why this is happening? As soon as I remove the comments all the data re-appears.
It's likely some kind of relationship thing going on where for some reason adding your column is causing something to be filtere and thus you are getting blank back in your calculation. Tough to say for certain given the current information though. Thanks @Greg_Deckler
I have read through the post you suggested. I'd love to be able to share some data as i feel this woud help massively however it contains customers account infomation.
Is there any infomation I could provide you to help test your theory in regards it being a relationship/filter problem?
Any assitance/guidance would be greatly appreciated!
