Excluding Rows where the Sum of two Measures is Zero

Good morning,

I am trying to exclude rows in the below Matrix where the grand total is Zero. I tried the following Filter Measure:

([TTLCarton$] + [Budg Allocation])

I added this as a Visual Level Filter and asked it not to return Zeros or Blanks. When doing so it resulted in a filter that ran for several minutes an having to kill it before and results were filtered.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would be appreciative.
