Establish a calculated measure with date hierarchy .

Hello , 

my data represented by two columns , Quantity and date . 

I have created a measure to calculate the Variation coefficent as below : 

this calculates it based on daily hierarchy as below :

my aim is to have it calculated the variation %  based on weekly , monthly and  yearly as well  .

I need 3 more measures that calculates variation % from week to week , month to month and year to year .

how can i write this in DAX ?

Thanks but I didn't get it for my case . please just elaborate with one example  , let it be month to month variation % .
