Earliest Dates of Activities, Rolling Averages, Projected Finish

Hello All!

I am new to Power BI and this community - I look forward to learning from all you wizards. I have an idea for some data analyses with my current data set and need some guidance. My data table looks like so

DateActivityCount
5/11/2020A540
5/12/2020A234
5/12/2020A68
5/13/2020A654
5/13/2020A46
5/13/2020B250
5/14/2020A244

There are activities associated with dates, and counts (or units completed) for each activity. My intention is to perform three things:

1) A measure that identifies the first date on record for each activity.

2) A rolling average of counts for each activity. This may be tricky as the calendar for this project is Monday - Thursday (a 4-10 calendar excluding Fridays, weekends, and holidays).

3) A measure returning a projected finish date (and the number of workdays) based on the rolling average and the total units to be completed. Say, for example, Activity A has 100,000 units; it would be great to project a finish date based on the ongoing rolling average of counts.

The goal of this "project" is to compare ongoing progress against the project baselines for those activities

Thank you in advance for all the help!

🙏
