ERROR EN FUNCION IF, AYUDA!!!

Hola, soy nuevo en Power BI, y se me dificulta realizar la siguiente acción.

Quiero que IF me indique como Viaje Retrasado cuando el tiempo de recorrido es mayor al tiempo estimado, pero como se observa en la segunda fila, esto no es así. Alguna recomendación para resolver esto o correción en caso de que sea necesario por favor!!!

I cannot reproduce your issue.

I have create a simple sample and use your formula, it works well.

Please check the two column types. Best used long time type.

If it still does not help, please provide your pbix file without privacy information for me testing.
