Dynamically show the % of Sales People with 100k in Sales

Hello,

I have 3 tables:

1.) Calendar Dimension Table with Day/Month/Quarter etc.

2.) Sales Rep Dimension Table with Name, region, etc.

3.) Sales Fact table with line by line sales by product, Sales Rep, Date, etc.

I'm trying to count the number of Reps with 100k in sales.  When I filter for Q1 2024 i want it it count for Q1. When i switch to Q2, I want the number to change.

Count Rep with 100K quarterly sales = Calculate(COUNT('DIM Sales Rep'[Sales Rep]), [Total Sales]>100000))

Total Sales = calculate(sum('FACT Sales'[Product Sales]))

I get this error

A function 'PLACEHOLDER' has been used in a True/False expression that is used as a table filter expression. This is not allowed.

Obviously this needs to be filtered further.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I am not sure how your semantic model looks like, but I tried to create a sample pbix file like below.
The sample is calculating to count sales rep with over 15K sales amount per quarter.

Total Sales measure: =
SUM(Sales[Sales])

Count Rep with 100K quarterly sales: =
CALCULATE (
    COUNTROWS ( Sales_Rep ),
    FILTER ( Sales_Rep, [Total Sales measure:] > 15000 )
)
