Dynamic months and column name

Hi team of legends.

I have a table that is working, but it is manually coded when I need it to be dynamic and advance each month.

In my example: DEC 22 = if('Monthly Service Flows RAW'[Data Age months] = 4,right('Monthly Service Flows RAW'[Year Month],4) & " " & 'Monthly Service Flows RAW'[Activity Status],"2212 Blank")

This and the other similar collums prodcues data for October, November, and December 2022 (just a random test period). But what I actually want is a set of collums for the most recent 3 months, and for thecontent and column name to update as each month passes.

Do I need to dim a variable , or a lookup table or something?

Any ideas out there please?
