Dynamic groupby table in PowerBI

My table has the following structure:

Conference People Attending Company Market Value ($) Employees Offices
TechCon 2023John DoeABC Corp10,000,00050010
TechCon 2023Jane SmithXYZ Inc8,500,0003508
TechCon 2023John DoePQR Co6,200,0002505
TechCon 2023Mark LeeMNO Ltd4,500,0002004

FutureTechJohn DoeWXY Co8,100,0003507
FutureTechJane SmithZAB Ltd5,600,0002505

I want to make a groupby on conferences my default view:

Conference People Attending Total Market Value ($) Total Employees Total Offices
TechCon 2023John Doe, Jane Smith, Mark Lee29,200,0001,05022
ExpoX 2023Mike Smith, Mark Lee, Emily Chen26,500,00078020
SummitTechJohn Doe, Sarah Liu, Chris Kim19,100,0001,20024
FutureTechJohn Doe, Jane Smith, Mark Lee, Emily Chen41,900,0001,60039

But to be able to pick a person creating a personalized view aggregating values for her/his companies only using a slicer of some sort:

Conference People Attending Total Market Value ($) Total Employees Total Offices
TechCon 2023John Doe16,200,00075015
ExpoX 2023John Doe000
SummitTechJohn Doe7,800,0003006
FutureTechJohn Doe8,100,0003507

How do I do that?
