Dynamic denominator for one-to-one data with two filter actions

Good morning,

Here is the problem. I’ve included a link to fake data to show what I’m trying to do with my original data and where I’m struggling.

I have data that is both one-to-one and one-to-many. I calculated  a dynamic denominator (using formulas I adapted from this site, actually) to use within two filtering actions. First filter is all cases (clients and services) occurring on or after 1/1/2022. That works for both Program and Services.

The second filter action is to filter Program or Services greater than a specific number. That only works for Services (one-to-many) and not for program (one-to-one). For Services, the row count divides by 11 (the number in 2022) for both filter actions but it does not work for Program.

How do I maintain the denominator regardless of the second filter? I need Program to work the same as Services.

Here is the link with the pbix (I hope it works). If not, I can provide example tables for Program and the DAX that I used.

ExampleData

Thanks

Marby

Hi Marby:

Please find attached file. I put in Date Table to help with this topic. One thing, the number of programs appears to be 8 and not 11. With that said the denominator is fixed and shows the percent. New measures are in Measures(2) Folder. Hope this helps!

Thank you!. This is brilliant. I really appreciate the time you took to create the file with new measures.  Again, thanks so much.
