I want to measure that allows a visual to show the last 13 months of data if the data is not filtered.
No Filter applied
last 13 months data when no filter applied
But filter to the defined daterange if a date range or finacial year is selected
2023/2024 Fin year selected

I have reviewed the code and it appears that it's doing the opposite of what i want. The way the code works at the moment it filters for the last 13 months when a filter is selected, and shows all months when a filter is not selected. I want the opposite to occur. I want the default view to be rolling 13 months and the filter to show the filtered data output
