Duplicating Values in Power Pivot Table (DAX Measure?)

I also posted this at https://www.excelforum.com/excel-charting-and-pivots/1343336-duplicating-values-in-power-pivot-table... with no answer so far.

This is my first real attempt at putting together a data model. I've learned a lot about using lookup tables and data tables recently.

One pivot table I'm creating should be to compare what courses each appraiser has taken within the context of what each designation requires. So, really, the value count of appraisers x courses would be fine, except I need to filter the course columns across to only see the courses that correspond with the designation requirements.

I'm not sure I need a DAX Measure.

I just found this though. Is this the same as what I'm referring to? Will have to do this manually instead?
