Dividing based on a specific related text value

Hi I have a set of stores and they are all either A or B stores. I would like to calculate values for each type of store, as A stores have additional critera to be met. What is the correct way to do this? Thanks. This is what I have but it is still showing values for every store, not just the stores I want.

MC $/Car =
IF(
SELECTEDVALUE(Hsites[A/B]) = "A",
DIVIDE(SUM(_Invoice_Detail[BRAKE_Price]),[GC]),
0
)
