I have to create a new column named 'Result'. Output will be 1 for distinct rows when all the below three columns are considered and the other rows as 0.

Such things should be dealt with in the ETL layer (for instance, in PowerQuery or SQL), not in DAX. DAX does not have a notion of order. To DAX row 1 and 2 are INDISTINGUISHABLE as are rows 3 and 4.
