Display data based on report date for recent quarter

Hi ...

I have below table:

How can I display data for the recent quarter based on the date report trending?

For example, today is 28/7/2023 so my KPI card should display 13.43 for Design Stage and so on ....

CREATE MEASURE :

Latest Qtr =

CALCULATE (

    MAX ( 'Table Qtr'[Design Stage] ),

    'Table Qtr'[Quater] = QUARTER ( TODAY () )

    ,ALLSELECTED('Table Qtr')

)
