Dax formula on conditional count

I have 2 columns in powerbi one shows if a client is deceased with true or false as entries and the other shows if the client submitted a will with yes or no as entries. i want a dax formula that shows; out of all the deceased client, how many submitted a will. i used the formula below;

Deceased Will =

CALCULATE(

    COUNTROWS('nameoftable'),

    'nameoftable'[deceased__c] = TRUE(),

    'nameoftable'[Will?] = "Yes"

)

But i get this error when i try to use it on a viz

    FILTER(

        nameoftable,

        nameoftable[deceased__c]=TRUE

            &&nameoftable[Will?] = "Yes"

    )

)
