I have a column in Power Bi with Employee Name which has mix of club employee and fcs employee.
I want to create 2 new columns : 1. Club Employee 2. Fcs Employee
The name that starts with FCS is all fcs employee and the reamaining are club employee.

Hi @Anonymous

Please try this, create a new column

IsFcs = IF(CONTAINSSTRING('Table'[Employee Name],"Fcs"),1,0)

Since there is no relationship between Club Employee and Fcs Employee, you need to put them into separate tables

table1 = SELECTCOLUMNS(FILTER('Table','Table'[IsFcs]=1),"Fcs",[Employee Name])

table2 = SELECTCOLUMNS(FILTER('Table','Table'[IsFcs]=0),"Club Employee",[Employee Name])
