Data Upload Names on List only

I am working on a list of specific employees but the list is unable to come from the data source with just those employees. It updates every other day and would take hours each day for me to review. 

I have a list of names created of the employee names and uploaded that as an individual source. But when I upload their movement folders (process folders) I have matched the names (They go last, first) but it then provides all the employees from the movement list not just the individuals I wanted. Is there a way to stop that?
